The project involves 20,000 sq. ft. of space into tenant and e-business space on the 2nd level of the facility. The rehab of the 2nd floor will create affordably priced, flexible office space below 1,000 sq. ft. levels for emerging small hi-tech and service type businesses. The 2nd floor will also contain a media center / conference room which will be utilized by tenants, students, educators, businesses and the community. The center is a place that wil provide on-line services, hardware, and software access.
